Everything I have is a mat, too, and a field that is the size of a block of yoga. :)
An excellent site with FREE 1 hr classes (nothing to buy, ever! Actual) http://www.yogatoday.com
You can choose from a selection of 7 different classes per week, you do not choose as many times as desired. The video is live streaming though, you'll be able to yoga, not where his team.
Some of the courses are really sweating, and could also end shortly after the accident, but not too much pain. You will also learn to concentrate on their muscles and even more.
I love the site, because all types of yoga, including Kundalini, Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow.
If you really calories during yoga, and can not afford to burn some hot yoga, is the right way. The temperature is about 110 degrees crank-up (that is warmer than it feels like sounds) and not Bikram or Bikram time set for half an hour. It's awesome to burn calories, and the heat can still go much further into the poses, and endsless pain afterwards.

Hope this helps!

I would suggest you visit the websites below to find out what kind of yoga is good for you and unloading of yoga practice and teaching.

In general, if you want to burn calories and lose weight, I would recommend Hot Yoga.
