What is the healthier choice? - whole wheat cupcakes
These are the only meals I had for dinner --
All natural whole grain cereal with milk, low fat Cinnamon
Or
A plate of white pasta with shrimp and broccoli
Today I ate so far:
Protein of wheat toast with low-fat yogurt
and a small chocolate cake with an apple for a snack *
The only food I now eat dinner, and you do not know what to choose cereals or white paste - please help me to choose.
